Once the cargon is nearly full they will take your fragile item and because you wrote "Top Stow" on it they will pack it last on everyone elses freight!

Yes as long as we have a copy of your friends drivers licence or passport as we will need to prove who will be 

 picking up your excess baggage at the other end.
