Hello Graham,


I arrived safe and sound on Tuesday and so did my luggage.  I picked it up on Wednesday morning and it was great that everything went so smoothly from the time the luggage was collected in Auckland until I picked it up in Sydney.

Thank you so much for all your help and assistance.  You made it all so easy for which I am very grateful.  You never know what is going to happen.  I was intending to send you a thank you letter once everything had settled down here.  If you need me to write a testimonial for you let me know.

My baggage arrived  without any delay on the day I returned, ready for me to collect when I arrived. I am really very happy with the service that I have received form yourself and the company and would not hesitate to use you agan and recommend to others. I really appreciate your good communication  from the time of sending the first email throughout the entire shipping.
My father had an issue with the politeness of the service with Swiss Air when he went to collect the baggage which he apparently sorted out at the time and there was a time delay upon his arrival to collect the bag in locating it of about two hours.
I have found this to be an excellent service.  Many thanks again.

The freight and location you gave me for Heathrow is out of date.

Swissport now handle Qantas' freight. We had to go here
 

Off-Airport

London Heathrow Airport 
Staines, Middlesex, TW19 7NL 
United Kingdom 

Also we found using Swissport as our custom agent easier. This cost us 80 pounds for them to handle it.

One more useful information, when you picking up your packages at Swissport, expect a long wait, as it is a large place, so you get given a number, and then you need to wait until your number is called.
