When sending unaccompanied baggage overseas your baggage will normally travel on different aircarft to one that you are travelling on.
If you need your baggage to arrive the same day then we will need your baggage about2-3 days prior to your departure. We have a fullNZ Customs Bonded Storeand we can store your freight for up to two weeksprior to your departure should you need some storage.
We tend send your unaccompanied baggage after you have arrived at your desitination port as most airports will charge you storage at the other end.
So to avoid paying extra storage fees we like to send it after you have arrived.
We have aone off fee of $150.00 that covers NZ Customs Clearance, Documentation,Handling & X-Ray. Then we have aminimum rate to your destination port.
This isnormally around $65.00 and depending on where you are travelling andwil cover between 15 kg - 20kg of your unaccompanied baggage.
After that you will pay per kg rate eg Brisbane $2.95 per kg Our rates flucatuate considerably if you are sending 100 kg plus eg Brisbane drops to $2.15 per kg.
